Delivery
- For fabrication and installation up to 350 km from the main showroom.

Deposit & Payment
- A non-refundable deposit is required to start your order.
- The balance is due upon delivery.
- Late payments will be charged 2% interest per month.
Showroom Sample Slabs
- Free showroom slabs must be used and photographed (installed or displayed) within 30 days.
- If no photo is provided, the full price will be charged.
Processing Damage Policy
We only cover breakage during cutting.
To qualify for compensation, you must provide:
- A photo of the break on the machine (e.g. waterjet, CNC)
- The machine settings used (e.g. spindle speed, feed rate)
- A photo of the cutting tool or blade.
Claims without full documentation may be denied.
